Review: Gundam Double X 1/100 HG

Yep, you read that correctly, it’s a HG grade and not a gradeless kit. This kit was released in 1996. (Good news! The whole gundam x lineup just got re-released!)

Summary:

Pros

1. 1. Huge array of weapons
   2. Many panel lines
   3. Green clear plastic for the satellite receiver
   4. Comes with posable hands
   5. Satellite cannon capacitors are plated
   6. Satellite cannon unfolding is simple

Cons:

1. Waist joint is very shaky
2. Folded Satellite Cannon tips the kit towards the back
3. Requires some painting
4. Satellite cannon capacitors fall off frequently
